Customer Support Assistant

customer-servicesAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join Homeflow in our office in south west London as a Customer/Technical Support Assistant. Working as part of a busy team, you will be providing product support and troubleshooting over the telephone and via email to our UK-based clients. You will also be involved in other areas, such as social media marketing. Homeflow provides online marketing, websites and software to estate agents and lettings agents, and the support team is growing as the number of clients has grown rapidly in recent months.

You need to have strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills, the ability to work calmly in a busy and pressurised environment, and have an interest in IT, social media and website development. Previous Help Desk experience would be helpful but not necessary, and you must be comfortable working with various software packages.

You will work Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 in a modern office in south west London (15 min walk from Clapham Junction), and be part of a growing team at an exciting young company who can offer you development and progression in your career.

Required skillsets:

  • High competency using the Internet with various browser types

  • Experience in customer/technical support, or at least proficiency to learn

  • Excellent customer focus

  • An aptitude for problem solving

  • Great attention to detail

  • Highly organised

  • Computer literate

  • Strong, accurate written and verbal communication skills

Prefered skillsets:

  • Some knowledge of CSS

  • Some experience in social media for companies

  • Good level of knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop

  • Diagnosing and helping to solve hardware/software faults
