Homeflow Senior Customer Success Executive

One of the fastest growing PropTech companies in the UK, with double digit year on year growth, Homeflow is a SaaS business with a very bright future! We are looking for a Finance Manager, based in the London office (Clapham/Battersea), to support the growth of the team as the company matures. This is a great opportunity for the right person to take a challenging role, and to be involved in this critical part of the operations of the company. The role could develop into a Financial Controller role over time as the individual and the company grows. The growing Development Team is located in Brighton, the other office, where this role may travel to on occasion.



You will be responsible for a variety of tasks (as listed below, but not exhaustive) and primarily deepening and growing client relationships with Homeflow’s ever growing customer base. You will proactively engage with clients to help drive adoption, increase retention and expand our reach of products and services. Creative, energetic and self-driven, you will understand the customer and how Homeflow impacts their business.

You will manage a range of clients at different stages of the customer lifecycle so you will need to be a proficient multi-tasker and have an ability to focus and prioritise. You must be customer focused and act a voice for your accounts, whilst understanding how to increase revenue by spotting gaps in client product suites. Working with the commercial team and reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will help create and execute the Success Strategy of driving customer engagement and reducing overall attrition for the company.
