What exactly is a template website?
A template website uses one of our five professionally designed themes. You choose the theme that matches your brand, we set it up with your branding, content and properties, and you launch. It's faster and significantly cheaper than a bespoke build, but it's still a full-featured, high-performing website.
Can I upgrade or change things later?
Yes. You can make updates to your content, add integrations, and adjust features as you grow. If at any point you want a bespoke design, we can build that for you and migrate your data across.
What happens at 12 months?
The discounted pricing ends and you move to standard pricing. But you also have a choice: continue with us at full price, or walk away penalty-free. You've got 30 days' notice to decide. Most agencies stay because they've built leads and customers on the platform – but it's entirely your decision.
Do I need to provide my own property data?
We'll work with you to build your property data. You'll need to provide the property details, photos and descriptions. We'll handle the setup and integration so it displays beautifully on your website.
Is there technical support?
