Graham qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG over 25 years ago. Prior to joining Homeflow, Graham was a partner in a Thames Valley practice specialising in businesses undergoing change where he acted for a variety of national and international clients.
Prior to Joining Homeflow in 2016 as Commercial Director, Ross ran a Consultancy specialising in the Self Catering Industry.Prior to that, Ross spent 11 years at HomeAway, the leading portal for second home holiday rentals, finishing his time there as Director of European Business Development. Ross is an avid Rugby fan, likes to ruin a good walk by playing golf and is a keen fly fisherman
Sarah joined Homeflow in the summer of 2015, to run the accounts function from our Oxford office. She previously worked as the finance manager for Newbury Rugby Club and Hasbro, the toy manufacturer. She originally trained as a fashion designer.
Jason has been helping clients get the most out of their internet marketing and e-commerce since 2002. He has a particular interest in SEO and internet technologies.
Ian joined Homeflow in 2009 to head up the Customer Support team, ensuring agencies make the most of the Homeflow platform.
Kerri joined the Homeflow Agency Support team in 2014 shortly after moving to London from Sunny South Africa. She aims to travel the world as she believes travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer!!
Jake is our newest Agency Support agent and is studying Social Media and Website Development partime. He is an avid football fan.
Matheus, the youngest in the company, joined Homeflow in 2015 as an apprentice. He has rapidly grown in the Agency Support Team. When he’s not working he’s a music and tech enthusiast.
Anil is our newest member of the production team and has a huge love for cricket and our English team.
Nicole joined Homeflow in 2009, and combines her role in the sales and account management team with a part-time role as a weekend negotiator at an estate agency in SW London.
Pete first came into Internet Marketing as Sales Manager with Radarhomes, after a few years with a local Estate Agent in Coventry. He has worked in Property Sales & Marketing since 2007. Previous to that Pete was MD of Heath Road Motors Ltd. He’s always had a love of sport, and is a keen skier and a lousy golfer.
Louis joined Homeflow in 2008, and works on both agency and portal applications. Prior to Homeflow, Louis worked for over eight years as a commercial web developer, writing web applications in a range of industries.

Daniel has been working in digital property marketing since graduating from university in 2009. He joined the web development team in September 2013 and works with clients and designers to build awesome and engaging websites on the Homeflow platform.
Former physicist, numerical algorithm enthusiast and pseudonym lover, Jack Roberts joined the Homeflow team in 2014. He now spends his time writing mapping software and emailing systems for the team.
Craig joined Homeflow in October 2016 and, to quote Homeflow CTO Louis Bacon,
Dominic, aka Phat Dom, enjoys ripping out Rails applications and devising bespoke solutions to the unique problems faced daily at Homeflow. A former quantum chemist, he spends his free time studying the behaviour of Manatees and writing Star Trek fan fiction, but his true passion lies in wood carving.
