Our support team is based in Battersea, London, and is available to help you from 9:00am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. As well as receiving support over the phone and on email from our dedicated support team, there is extensive “help” documentation available online, throughout the Homeflow platform, to help you use each section effectively. There is also a support “ticket” system available to all users of Homeflow products, so you can submit requests or queries and track their progress through to resolution.

  • Set-up and configuration of your website, mobile or social media, including amendment of templates, logos, colours, fonts, etc
  • Uploading of business information, branch contacts and staff account details
  • Creation of staff profiles for publishing on sites, and social media linking
  • Uploading of property details
  • Creation of inbound feeds from your agency software to populate your Homeflow system, or outbound property feeds
  • Analysis of phone and email enquiries that are reported in your admin system
  • General trouble-shooting, opportunities, and more!
