You stay in control

  • Choose which times are requestable, including the earliest booking date, and how far appointments can be booked in advance
  • It is made clear to the customer that they are selecting a preferred time and that this time will be confirmed.
  • Receive emails every time a customer requests an appointment, so that you can check and confirm their timeslot directly with them
  • Date and time request information will be viewable in your Homeflow Admin system, along with information on the properties viewed by the applicant and branch/negotiator details.
  • Easily manage appointments within your Homeflow Admin system.

 

How does it work?

  1. The customer is given the option to choose a preferred time for their viewing, or valuation.
  2. The customer is able to view the available timeslots.
  3. The customer selects their preferred timeslot and sends their enquiry.
  4. The customer receives an email confirmation. You’ll receive an email with the same information and the customer’s contact details, so that you can easily confirm the appointment time.
  5. The requested appointment time will be made unavailable, so that it cannot be requested by another customer.
  6. You can keep track of meeting times, helping you to streamline and organise your appointments and bookings.
