Add context to valuation referrals with agent notes

Agents can now include a personal note when referring applicants through Homeflow Referrals, giving the receiving agency more context about the applicant's situation from the outset. This means the receiving agent can hit the ground running with relevant details, leading to a better experience for both the agent and the customer. The notes field is optional and appears alongside the existing referral.
