Homeflow today announces a new strategic partnership with Moneypenny, the leading customer conversations company, aimed at delivering significant efficiencies to estate and lettings agents across the property industry, and cutting-edge customer experience to their clients.
The collaboration will see both companies combine their expertise to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and help agents both to make more revenue from their leads, and to save admin costs in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
The partnership integrates Homeflow’s innovative Lead Manager software, into Moneypenny’s own AI-driven communication systems to create powerful, efficient solutions for property agents using Moneypenny’s services. It reduces admin time, automatically qualifies enquiries with flexible questionnaires, identifies valuation prospects from general lead flow, and frees up Moneypenny’s PAs to focus on serving property agents clients.
New and existing Homeflow and Moneypenny clients can now, with minimum effort, switch on the integration activating the power of both systems to deliver an enhanced and seamless customer experience.
