
Homeflow has today announced a partnership with the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) to launch Homeflow Referrals, a one-click referral system that empowers estate agents to earn commission from out-of-area enquiries.
The new feature, built into Homeflow’s Lead Manager software, enables any agent to instantly refer vendor enquiries outside their local area to a nearby RAN member. If the receiving agent sells the property, the referring agent earns a share of the fee.
Lead Manager already helps agents qualify leads, identify high-priority valuation opportunities, and automate follow-ups. The new referral feature extends these capabilities, turning previously unused out-of-area leads into new income opportunities. It’s simple, transparent and available to any agent in the country, using the free version of Lead Manager.

RAN, an invitation-only network of independent estate agents, brings its established membership of trusted agencies to the partnership. Through the integration, agents can connect with reliable RAN members nationwide, ensuring vendors are introduced to reputable local experts.
