14 May 2018 : 12:30 – enquiry alert mailing issue (level: minor)

Due to a temporary misconfiguration of a new server, a number of emails from Homeflow sites were blocked between 9th May and this morning. Our developers spotted and immediately fixed the issue, and a backlog of form leads that were held up by the issue are now being sent. We apologise for the issue, and the delay in sending these emails.

In future, we will increase the levels of our internal testing of new server deployments prior to go-live to ensure that the situation does not recur. The automated scaling that our engineering team are working on also includes checks for this.

30 April 2018 : 0930 – Notice of planned maintenance

We are writing to notify you of planned maintenance to the Homeflow agency application.

Rackspace have informed Homeflow that the firewalls on our servers needs to be upgraded (patched) for security reasons.
This upgrade will make the websites unresponsive for around 20 minutes.

The maintenance will take place Saturday 5 May 2018 between 6.00am – 7.00am but will only be of 10-20 minutes maximum duration during those times.
