Homeflow calling on estate agency businesses to join them in a charity beach clean

Homeflow, an estate agency lead generation specialist, is off to the beach next week for a charity beach clean near Portsmouth. Homeflow is sending its entire team to take part in the event, and is extending an invitation to estate agents based in the area to join them as volunteers, or help them raise funds via donations

Homeflow was inspired to join the event after visiting the area during the planning of their bi-annual conference. The business decided to invite their staff to swap their laptops for litter pickers the day after the conference, in coordination with Hampshire-based charity the Final Straw Foundation, that works with businesses and communities to improve ocean health.

It’s been a successful year for Homeflow and, after a phase of recruitment to support its growing agent customer base, the expanded team will focus their efforts on helping the environment rather than estate agents – for one day only!

The charity beach clean will take place at Hill Head Beach, near Portsmouth on the 14th of October. The beach clean will be supervised by Lissie Pollard from the Final Straw Foundation.

Homeflow Managing Director, Nik Chotai, said: “Like many businesses in recent years, we know how important it is for team members to meet inside and outside the office.

“While we appreciate that there is a national cost of living crisis, charities are also feeling the impact of the cost of giving crisis.  Volunteers give so much time to help others, so this is our way as a company to support one for a day with our time. We’d also love any support from our customers and industry colleagues to donate at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/homeflow.”

Lissie Pollard from the Final Straw Foundation commented “It’s fantastic that Homeflow has sponsored a Beach Clean with the team. Every donation, sponsorship and Beach Clean allows us to continue our work to protect our coastlines and countryside from the blight of plastic pollution”.
