Lead Shield: Lead automation features for high-volume agencies

If you’re unfamiliar with Lead Manager, our lead management and automation software, you can learn more about all the features and benefits by going to https://www.homeflow.co.uk/lead-manager.

We recently introduced our Lead Shield feature set, which can help sales and lettings agencies with a high volume of leads automate their lead handling, saving time and allowing them to stay focused on high-quality leads.

For example, in the current lettings market, you can receive dozens or even hundreds of new enquiries when a new property goes live on your website and portals. Our new features step in before leads appear on your dashboard, insulating your team from the noise.

Hide unqualified leads

One of the standout features of Lead Shield is the ability to hide unqualified leads. When this feature is enabled, leads with incomplete customer profiles or availability information won’t clutter your “new leads” page. Instead, they seamlessly move to a dedicated “unqualified leads” page, ensuring your team’s focus remains on promising opportunities. At any time, your team can access the “unqualified leads” page to take action on these leads if needed, without the distraction of unqualified leads on the main dashboard.

Chase unqualified leads by text message

Lead Shield goes further by allowing you to actively engage with potential customers who still need to complete their profiles. By enabling this feature, those customers who still need to provide their availability and profile information fully receive automated text message reminders. The initial reminder gently prompts them to complete their details. If there’s still no response, a second text message is sent a few hours later, increasing the chances of converting these leads into valuable prospects.

Auto-close unqualified leads

Efficiency is critical, and Lead Shield delivers with its auto-close feature for unqualified leads. When enabled, leads in the “unqualified leads” section are automatically closed after a configured period. The software also sends the customer an email when auto-closing is complete. Take advantage of the default email template or tailor the message to align with your agency’s tone and style.

Auto-close stale leads

Maintaining data hygiene is paramount, and Lead Shield simplifies this process with the auto-close stale leads feature. Regardless of customer activity, leads are automatically closed after a specified period. This feature serves as a proactive approach to keeping your lead database up-to-date. Unlike the auto-close unqualified leads feature, no emails are sent to customers when their stale leads are auto-closed, making it an ideal tool for long-term data management.

To start leveraging the power of Lead Shield and tailor these features to your agency’s unique requirements, activate Lead Shield within Lead Manager or contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager. Our team is ready to assist you in optimising your lead management strategy and driving extraordinary success for your estate agency. With Lead Shield, take control of your leads, enhance efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for growth in the competitive real estate market.
